CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER & POLLUTION CONTROL
It is KDOT's policy to protect water quality and to minimize the impact of storm water discharges from highway construction projects. To achieve these results, KDOT has developed a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that will be used on all highway construction projects administered by the department.
