Study Overview
This discovery phase project will analyze alternative improvements to address the need for an interchange, overpass, and/or connector roads on K-254 at the intersections of Rock, Webb, & Greenwich Roads. The project will explore potential modernization improvements related to capacity, development, and safety.
The nearby communities of Bel Aire, Kechi, Wichita, and Sedgwick County as well as the K-254 Corridor Development Association will be involved in several ways to voice their experiences, ideas, and concerns regarding the project area and any potential recommendations. The identification of improvements to the project area will improve the quality of life of the communities surrounding the interchange.
