KDOT is revising the K-7 Corridor Management Plan for the section of K-7/U.S.169 between I-35/K-7 interchange in Olathe and 215th Street in Spring Hill.

The K-7 corridor plan currently manages high volumes of daily traffic, accommodates congestion trends, and adapts to ongoing expansion. Originally established in 2007 and later revised in 2013 and 2015, KDOT is revisiting the access management plan to address the rapid growth and economic development in Olathe, Spring Hill and surrounding areas. Moving forward, the corridor plan will provide direction for roadway design and access management with a focus on maintaining the safety and operations of K-7 in Johnson County.
