TS4 Report Archive
KDOT prepares an annual report and submits it to KDHE each February to document progress made on implementation of the Stormwater Management Plan. Prior year’s annual reports and stormwater management plans are found here.
KDOT maintains a total maximum daily load (TMDL) map for each urban area which displays the TS4 permit area, outfalls, and constructed stormwater control measures in relation to all TMDL listed impaired streams and lakes and their contributing drainage basins.

Center for Watershed Protection: A non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that equips local governments, activists, and watershed organizations with technical tools to protect streams, lakes, and rivers. The Center's multi-disciplinary strategy includes watershed planning, restoration, stormwater management, research, better site design, education, outreach, and training to safeguard these vital natural resources.
