Annual Report and Stormwater Management Plan (SMP)
In Kansas, our surface water and groundwater resources are critical for the economic, health and well-being of our citizens. Stormwater has the potential to carry pollutants from KDOT's right-of-way into streams, rivers, and lakes. KDOT has developed a Stormwater Management Program to reduce pollutants in stormwater from KDOT's roadways and facilities.
This annual report is applicable to the following KDOT MS4 permits:
KDOT will continue to use the SMP as a living document, updating through the permit period with the annual reporting process.
