Public Transit Vehicle Procurement

2026 Vehicle Procurement Documents

An online form has been created for bid submissions this year.

Each individual vehicle bid that is being submitted via online form will need to be submitted separately. If a submission needs to be updated before the close date, an email will need to be sent to Taylor Zortman with your vendor’s name and vehicle type to get an update link to your submission. The online form will automatically close at 11 A.M on July 20, 2026. All required documents will need to be attached, or the form will not submit. A link to the online form will be available on the KDOT website starting the date public notices are published up to the closing date.

As this is a closed bid, no representatives of KDOT or the KCTDC will be reviewing bids before the bid opening. The online system will not alert KDOT or the KCTDC of your submission, however, the vendors will get a confirmation email with a copy of your submission via the automated system. Please see below for all bid documents.

Due to Ford's order bank closing before KDOT can publish order forms, and the dates of the 2027 pricing being published, the bids are being postponed.
