Transportation projects are important investments needed to maintain the existing local, state, federal and interstate roadway system, increase its efficiency and capacity, and enhance motorist safety. From intersection safety improvements to major rehabilitations, KDOT invests hundreds of millions of tax dollars yearly to keep Kansans, visitors and the economy moving. 

Project Delivery is responsible for the construction administration and materials acceptance of KDOT's annual construction program and also manages the annual preservation program.
