The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) invites the public to attend an open house to learn about the U.S. 160 Highway Improvements in Montgomery and Labette counties. The public is encouraged to attend anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. There will be no formal presentation. 

KDOT is evaluating options to improve operations along U.S. 160 between U.S. 169 in Montgomery County and Gartner Avenue in Altamont (Labette County). This effort will identify improvements and long-term strategies to support more efficient travel and community access. The study is currently in the discovery phase and has not yet been funded for construction.
